Installation Instructions:
I) Find a suitable load bearing wooden stud or beam (if mounting to ceiling).
II) Place anchor on stud/beam with the bolt holes on top of the stud/beam.
III) Mark the holes with a pen or pencil.
IV) With a drill tip suitable for wood, drill a hole around 2 inches deep. Best to size drill tip next to the lag screw to ensure a snug fit.
V) Align anchor with drilled holes.
VI) Lightly screw each Lag Bolt through anchor attaching to wall.
VII) The anchor should be flush with wall. Fully tighten Lag Bolts. There should be no play/movement once Lag Bolts are fully tightened.
VIII) Weight test to ensure it is adequately secured to wall before using with body weight exercises.
NOTE: BE SURE TO test the soundness of the screw and the anchor before use. If there is any quality problem with the anchor or the screw, please feel free to contact us to replace a stronger one for you.
