This DVD is about the incredible world of "Artillery". It was said the 4 ot of 5 enemy casualties in the Korean War was from Artillery. As far back as man has been fighting, there has been a need to fight your enemy from a distance. This DVD is mostly about the last century Artillery, mostly WW2 and on. There is some very rare footage of a Military school at Tamalpais in 1915 showing the use of a canon,(see Artillery Newsreels), to how to "Lock and Load, and Aim" in film#2, to the 280mm Atomic Anne film#3, plus the Nazi Atlantic Wall artillery. Those brave men who attacked the Germans against those massive guns at D-Day is quite amazing. We salute all those who served. We hope you'll Strap in, Aim, and Enjoy.
